Grace. Specifically, TerraMatrix <br />needs [o obtain the following: <br />• Remainder of the project files, maps, documents, reports, etc. not already in our <br />posession <br />• Copies of all software and/or forms used for reporting, pond inspections, <br />sampling, monitoring, etc. except for the NPDES report forms which we obtained <br />yesterday <br />• Names, addresses, and historical compensation terms for all contractors or <br />subcontractors who performed work at the HG property <br />• Combinations or keys to all gates locks and other locks, if any, on the property <br />• A map depicting the boundaries of the Williams Fork Ranch and all lands <br />included in the Wildlife Ranching Cooperative Agreement <br />• Copies of all prospecting bonds/permits and relevant documents held by HG <br />Coal. <br />In keeping with our discussion, we would like to plan on picking these materials up at <br />Co]owyo's offices by February 10, 1995. Please let me know if you anticipate any problems <br />with this request or plan.
