Golden eagles and ringtail cats could be <br />~P,k1l.led,.on,theroad while feeding on animals killed on the road. <br />i .~ <br />Reclamation Recommendations: (may .be attached) ~ ; <br />Dorchester Colomine should document every species of wildlife Y,ill.ed <br />the road between their mine and their load-out facility. <br />_ Reports of wildlife killed on the road should be submitted to tlie.. . <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board who would then turn those reonr <br />over to the D.O.W. This would identify. any problems for wildlife <br />and would document whether or not a problem actually existed.
