C-81-012 and C-81-013 <br />Dear Mr. Stout: <br />Enclosed are the above referenced mid-term review documents, which outline <br />updating and compliance requirements for the New Elk and Golden Eagle Mines. <br />This review should include the majority of the outstanding issues; however, <br />additional review will continue until the mid-term process is completed. <br />The Division is aware that Wyoming Fuel Company has begun working toward the <br />resolution of many of the issues contained herein. Therefore, a response <br />timeframe will be set at August 15, 1986.
