You
treated my letter as a complaint against Sandco, but my intent in providing a copy to you
was merely informational.
As you know, Sandco is not currently mining in the river and has agreed not to do so for
the foreseeable future while it mines at its adjacent floodplain site. Over an extended
period, slow natural aggradation is likely to occur at the Dalton Pit. Therefore, I don't
believe that the situation requires specific action on Sandco's part at this time.
Sincerely,
~ ~~~~
Mary L.
