Box 459 <br />Florence, CO 81226 <br />RE: Permit No. C-1980-006, Man• Mine <br />Midterm Permit Review (MT-5) <br />Dear Mr. Patterson: <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) has completed a midterm review of <br />Kerr Coal Company's Marr Mine permit as required by Rule 2.08.3(1). The Division <br />staff reviewed the currently approved permit application package, previous "Proposed <br />Decisions and Findings of Compliance" documents, pem3it stipulations, revisions to the <br />permit, monitoring reports, inspection reports and enforcement actions. The enclosed <br />document is a summazy of the Division's findings as a result of this review. <br />The Division has identified two items that may require a revision to the permit in Section <br />IV.
