This approval is subject to the <br />terms and conditions of the sundry, and the following: <br />To: <br />1990 <br />1. The percentage recover;r of the sodium deposit on a per acre basis must <br />not exceed the percentage recovery implied i.n your original mine plan. <br />2. Within 90 days from the receipt of this Letter you must submit to this <br />office a revised mine plan which covers the change to solution cavities of <br />lengths up to 1,000 feet and the proposed spacing of wells with cavities of <br />this length. This mine plan should also include any and all changes in <br />monitoring procedures, dri.llinq techniques and mining techniques you plan <br />to use in your operation. This plan should also include all changes that <br />may be necessary in your subsidence monitoring program. <br />3. After the completion of hole 26-90-5, no further drilling will be <br />approved without an approved mine plan. <br />All mine plan revisions must be approved by this office and a thorough <br />reviex of these plans is a lengthy process. In order to avoid delays, all <br />mine plan revisions must be submitted in writing as early as possible. <br />Also approval of your mine plan by state regulatory agencies does not <br />constitute approval by the Bureau of Laad Management (BLMl, and all mining <br />operations occurring on public lands must be approved by the BLM. The <br />Meeker office is responsible for surface disturbance approvals only. The <br />Craig District Office is responsible for all other aspects of your <br />operation.
