Eo~g <br />14900 Highway 12 Dw~~~~n Diretlnr <br />Weston, CO 81091 <br />RE: Ventilation Airshaft Revision (TR-14) <br />Golden Eagle Mine, #C-81-013 <br />Dear Mr. Toupal: <br />Enclosed please find additional information on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology <br />with regard to the Third North Ventilation shaft at the Golden Eagle mine. 1 believe this <br />information is more pertinent to your particular concern. <br />The enclosed July 18, 1990 packet of materials sent to the Division from Wyoming Fuel <br />Company does indeed, as you mentioned, present a plan for two access roads to the Third North <br />fan site. The August 2, 1990 submittal seems to indicate that the plan was subsequently modified <br />by the operator, prior to the Division review and approval, to have only one access road to the <br />site. <br />Hopefully, I can find the time to stop by and visit during one of my monthly trips to the <br />Purgatoire Valley. <br />If you have questions or need additional information, please call me. <br />Sincer ly, <br />L~'~^ ~v~ur~ <br />Ken[ A.
