Simpson, P.E. <br />State Engineer <br />We have reviewed your November 6, 2002 and September 19, 2003 submittals <br />requesting renewal of the substitute water supply plans for the above referenced gravel pits <br />owned by Transit Mix Concrete Co. This approval will cover the period February 1, 2003 <br />through January 31, 2005.
