It may <br /> have caused some confusion which we wish to clarify. We do not wish to change <br /> the succession of operators. The operator will continue to be Mining & Minerals <br /> Ltd. 11 which is a joint venture partner of Elkhead along with Mesquite Mining Company. <br /> We authorize Mr. Bruce Cloud, who is the managing partner of the Elkhead Joint <br /> Venture, to act as our agent in all matters pertaining to the Joker Mine. <br /> We hope this explanation will clear any confusion that may exist. <br /> We also wish to advise you that we have contracted the services of Knight Piesold <br /> as our agent, namely Richard Weber, to act as our local representative in Colorado <br /> to assist us in processing the information needed for the modification of the Joker <br /> permit to include preparation of the F/A and the clean up plan as outlined in Mr. <br /> John Husband's letter of May 21, 1998, RE: 3809(170) CO-016-PO-83-1. We are <br /> in the process of preparing the clean up plan and of trying to locate a buyer for the <br /> present mining equipment. <br />
