Computes requirements to ass the DMG document Imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and moat be installed on yow computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the De drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif exextension. Thera needs m be an image viewing application for .df files on yow computer that will handle single and multi-page documems. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computere does work. DMG hoe detemtined that a program called "hiauView", which can be downloaded from hfanView.com, does work with QuickView. Attar downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as yow default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration ate the [[sec's ciaponsibility. Them ace many outer programs that work as well, such u "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". fmstruetlons• 1. Insert the CD imo yow compuur. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. /3. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autonm, which cans the QuickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program does NOT work, you will nce8 to tttanualiy install the QuickV iew program. Insructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.sta[e.co.ua.
