TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
SUBJE',CT: Agency and public requests for extension of the comment period for Department
for Department of the Army permits under authority of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act
(CWA) and for the water quality certification under Section 401 of the CWA. The request
For extension of comment period pertains to each of the following public notices regazding the
continuation of excavation and the dischazge of dredged and fill for gravel mining operations
at the ~~nimas River. The project sites aze located north of the City of Durango, La Plata
