1070 has filed an application fora Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation
Permit with the Colorado Ylined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado NLined
Reclamation Act for Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the
COOLEY RESERVOIR Ai'VD FULTON WII.DLIFE AREA AMENDMENT NO. 1 - JERONII~IUS
PROPERTY, and is located in Sections 16, Township 2 South, Range 67 West, 6`h Prime Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement is mid-2003 and the proposed date of completion is 2015. The
proposed future land use is Wildlife Habitat (WL). Additional information and the tentative decision
