No. 4 <br />~ ~e~Drawing No. C8-129G enclosed, locates the proposed subsidence mon- <br />`~,p ~ ~,i toning monuments above each entry of the 5th West Mains. The <br />~,~~r~5'footing size of the proposed subsidence monuments has been reduced <br />c 4'' on revised Drawino C8-1260, which is also enclosed. The Operator <br />~Se/\~~ will monitor the subsidence monuments quarterly from the base mon- <br />T'- ument shown on CS-1290. Results of the monitoring program will be <br />submitted to the Division semi-annually.
