Comput« requtrementa to use the DMG document Imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called t2uickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in ord« to use a DMG imaging CD the first time. Future use of this or oth« imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the softwam. 2. The CD or DVD that you purohase must be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be as image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handle single and multrpage documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing prggtams are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not work with t2trickView. The Imaging View« that comes with pre-Windows XP computers. does work. DMG has determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded finm IrfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG.does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the us«'s responsrbility. There are many oth« programs that work as well, such as «~~g Preview" and "hnaging for Windows". Inatructions• 1. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD firm the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the comput«. s. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called tZtrickView Autorua, which runs the QtrickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program tktes NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. hrahvctions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minintt.atate.co.us. The Permit File document Images can be viewed In the reception area of the DMG office or they can be ptrrchssed on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase coat covers the time and labor of malting the CD. DMG cannot provide computer related support.
