I~ Computer rcqulremeub to use the DMG document Imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed an your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the first time. Fu[ure use of this or oilier imaging CD's does rat require a new itumllar;on of the software. 2. The CD w DVD that you purchase nrrr be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif eacension. Thare needs to be m image viewing application for .tif files oo yow computer that will handle single andmold-page documamts. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Feint" and they da not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre•Windowa XP covrpntera does work. DMG has determined that a program called "hfanYiew", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with QrrickView. After downloading "irfimView", it needs to be configured an yow default .tif viewer. DMG does not support ar emdoree this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responarbility. Thera are many other programs that work u wall, such as 'Imaging Preview" and'Imaging for Windows". Inetructlons• 1. Inset the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD ro install. 3. Eject the CD Erma the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. S. You are ready to view tha Permit Filq. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autonm, which mns the QuicltViow aemP programt, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program does NOT work; you will nerd m tnanually install the QuickView program.
