Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received two fax transmissions from Trapper Mining Inc. (TMI) on August 8, 2006. TMI <br />notified the Division of the necessity to conduct blasting on August 6, 2006, and August 7, 2006 afrer <br />sunset. Both of these blasts consisted of detonating one hole that had mis-fired during scheduled blasts <br />eazlier in the day. TMI's notification of these blasts to the Division meets the requirement of Rule <br />4.08(1)(b). Please keep TMI's notification of the blasting variance and the Division's confirmation letter <br />with the blasting record in accordance with Rule 4.08.5.
