To that end, <br />we request agreement by ail concerned that the statements, <br />discussions and positions offered or taken as a part of the <br />meeting will be recognized as being in compromise of disputed <br />matters and will be without prejudice to the rights of any and <br />all parties and to that end will not be admissible in any future <br />judicial or administrative hearing.
