OF YL1L;n 0.L flES::': :.'.CS <br />The Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979 and the <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal <br />Mining requires all surface coal mines detonating five (5) pounds <br />of explosives or blasting agent to publish a schedule of blasting <br />in accordance with the regulatory requirements of 34-33-120(2)(0) <br />and 4.08.3. <br />In accordance with these requirements, the Seneca Mine, <br />located near Hauaen. coloraao hereby provides public <br />notice of the planned blasting schedule for the area described <br />below commencing on the 3ra day of JanuarL~ 1983. <br />1. Specific Area - The center of the blasting area is <br />located in: <br />State coloraao Township 5 N <br />County Rout Range a~ w <br />Latitude ao° zs~ 33" Section 1 <br />Longitude lo~° 06' oz" Meridian ben <br />The blasting area will encompass an area <br />approximately 2s9o feet easterly and westerly <br />and ~.aio feet northerly and southerly from the <br />above defined center. <br />2.
