Geo-Hydro presents an analysis of the landslide's
comparative deyrees of slope stability. This analysis confonns with tfte
prudent state-of-the-art of slope stability analysis.
The consultant recommends stabilization of the landslide mass through
installation of several French drains. The proposed remedy is functional and
appropriate considering the construction limitations of the site. I recommend
that we approve the proposed plan expeditiously, in order to facilitate
completion of the proposed earthwork and regrading activities prior to the
onset of this winter season.
/int
cc: Ed Bischoff
Doc.
