Please note that all seeding and intersoedi-tq of <br />those areas which require rovegetation togs complPt.ed on <br />September 16, 1983. These areas are stio~an on the enclosed rap. <br />Sedimentation Pond EmbankmAnts A, >;, C and D have been rioned <br />and are receiving 300 pounds per acre of nitrogen-based <br />fertilizer, our standard seed mix, and 2 ton , per acre of ..".ay <br />mulch (crimped) this week. The top:;oil stockpiles located <br />adjacent to Pit No. 1 and Pond F also have been seeded. <br />The status of lands at the Kerr Tipple Araa is unchanacd <br />from that which was originally permitted.
