The basis for this request is the attached letter from Mr. Mel Martinez, the land owner. Mr. Martinez leas requested Kaiser to leave the following facilities after recla- mation: 1. New Shop Buildiny. 2. Foreman's Office/Bathhouse Trailer. 3. Concrete Pad. 4. Old Parts Trailer. In researching the permit documents, Y.aiser Iras determined that the following facilities are to be retained: 1. Old Shop Building. 2. Truck Turnaround. 3. Access Road to Top of the East Fill Area. 4. Access Road Alony West Toe of the East Fill Area to Stollsteimer Creek ( See Map 11AR1, Post Mining ~fopography ). As a matter of an update, the scale house, 40 ft. parts trailer and the office trailer have been removed. In reviewing the Post Mining Topography Map (Map 11AR1), It is apparent that a portion of the facilities pad will be left in place to allow access from Niglrway 151 to either the old shop building or the East Fill Area. As the facilities in question are located within this area, no impacts to the post mininy land use or reclaming plan exist (See attached drawing). Since no additional work is required, there is no effect on the reclamation bond. The modified replacement payes for the permit are attached. • u
