III IIIIIIIIIIIII III <br />999 <br />Public Notice <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology hereby issues notice that on September 8, 1995, a minor revision application to a permit <br />to conduct coal mining operations at the Edna Mine, Permit No. C-80-001 (MR-341, by The <br />Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Co., P.O. Box 176, Oak Creek, CO 80467, was deemed complete <br />for the purposes of filing. The minor revision addresses the use of livestock or wildlife to imprint <br />seed in the case of interseeding or to imprint hay in areas of erosion control. All reviews and <br />comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulation promulgated thereunder initiate from this <br />day of filing. <br />Posted 9/11/95 <br />
