This report will consist of a continual update of subsidence data
interpretation, monitoring of groundwater levels in DH #58, monitoring of
springs in area, monitoring of any mine inflow and subsurface ground
conditions which may be correlated to subsidence prediction. All
charts will be included in a report. The annual report for this will
include information from Stipulations 21 and 22. This report will
discuss water data gathered, geology of area and its affects, subsidence
to date and its effects and predictions for the upcoming year. If this
format is acceptable, please respond with a letter as soon as possible.
Quarterly monitoring of the network over 8E5N will commence as soon
as the area is accessible. July 1, 1982, is the target date for
submittal of this information. We anticipate mining in BE5N before
September 1982.
Sincerely,

Patricia M.
