The Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety (DBMS) will be reviewing these permits to determine whether <br />Designated Mining Operation (DMO) status is appropriate, and this review will be <br />occurring over the next few months. This may include initial permitting and <br />environmental monitoring work to facilitate potential DMO status assessment. <br />Any such permitting actions and any formal notifications issued pursuant to the DMO <br />assessment process will be published as required by the Minerals Rules and Regulations <br />of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Flazd Rock, Metal and Designated <br />Mining Operations. Such procedures will include implementation of Rule 7.2.2, as <br />correctly identified in your letter received September 25, 2006. <br />Please feel free to contact me at any time if you need information regarding our work <br />with these permits.
