Need to check with <br />Debbie Mulloy, but she will be out until September 13, 1999, and I will be out in the field that <br />week. <br />Reclamation Status: <br />Current status of reclamation: Access and air portals sealed. A current project has been awarded <br />to Dirt and Iron Company to remedy a collapse of the air audit, to bury wastes, and to remove a <br />failing crib wall. Work had not started as of August 1999. <br />Dale of last seeding and success of seeding efforts: No seeding has been accomplished. Some <br />natural vegetation has invaded portions of disturbed areas. <br />Any on-going problems: erosion of coal wastes, adverse visual impacts, weeds. <br />Reclamation/maintenance work undertaken by DMG this summer: Award of a contract to fill in <br />air audit collapse, remove a failing crib wall, and bury wastes. Work had not been initiated as of <br />August 19, 1999. <br />Off-site damage, if any: None. <br />Any other details that need to be included: None. <br />
