Small will be an agent assigned to the Blue Flame Coal Company. He is <br />our contact in Durango, Colorado. <br />Mr. Small will also be working directly with the M.L.R.D. He has copies <br />of the mine permit for the Blue Flame Company as well as all the pertinent <br />documents for Blue Flame. Mr. Small will be in charge of making a weekly <br />inspection of the mine site and will be conducting the sediment pond <br />inspections. He will be the contact in the case of all inspections by the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division. <br />I would like to be informed of any additional needs of the M.L.R.D. and I <br />will be in charge of overseeing the Blue Flame Coal Company. <br />Thank you. <br />~V (G' 1`'~~~ <br />~ Kevin L.
