PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Division of Mined Land Reclamation of the
State of Colorado Department of Natural Resources has determined, pursuant to
C.R.S. 34-33-123(7), that a pattern of violations exists as to the
requirements of the captioned permit, or as to the requirements of Article 33
of Title 34, Colorado Revised Statutes, at the captioned mine.
Furthermore, the Division has found that:

to comply with such requirements,

The Mined Land Reclamation Board will hold a public hearing on this
