A program called QuiclcView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your compiiter'in order to use a DMG imaging CD the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does. not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive.. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension.' "There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will hand}c sing}c and mtdto-page dErclmmems. ~ On a Windows #P computer, the del2trlt viewing programs are called "Windows Picture amYFax VieweY' or"PaIDY'-aadYhey~o rest ww~vrifli~iu~w:-'lTie Tmagr`ng Viewer tTaf comes wrtTipre-Windows- SAP computers. does work DMG has determined that a program called "hfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration aze the user's responsibility. There aze many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Instructions: 1. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuickV iew setup' pzogranr, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickV iew program. Instmctions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us. The Permit File document images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMG office or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CDIDVD purchase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD. DMG cannot provide computer related sunaort.
