B~ ~/~ Computer requirements ro use the DMG document imaging GD (or DvD)t I. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .ef extension. There needs to bean image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viowing programs are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they n w with QuickView. The imaging Viewer that comes with pre•Windows XP computers does work. DMG has detemdncd that a program called "IrfanView'", which can be downloaded from lrfanview,com, does work with Quickview. Afler downloading "irfanView', it needs to 6e configured as your default .liFviowt.~r. DMG doca not support or rndorsc this software and the licensing end registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as "imaging Preview" and "Imaging fm Windows'. Instructions: I. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. A11ow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD horn the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You arc ready t0 view the Pemti[ Files. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program '~~ does NOT work, you will need ro manually install [he QuickVtew program. Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.mininestate.co.us. The Permit Fllc document images can be vlcwed In ehc reception area of the DMG office or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD, The CD/DVD purchase cost covers file time and labor of making the CD, DMG cannot provide computer related support.
