BOX 591 <br />LAMAR, COLORADO 81052 <br />(303) 336-2223 <br />This foTiowing is submitted in response to your Inspection Report, dated <br />April 17, 1985 and received by us on April 27, 1985. We regret we are <br />unable to submit to you at this time the entire technical revision in its <br />final form that you requested, The local contractor we contacted for <br />an estimate in recalculating the Financial Warranty has not yet responded <br />to us. We will provide you with that information as soon as possible. <br />In your Observations of Importance, item number three says "Stage I.". We <br />think you meant Stage II. Stage II is the area that has been backfilled <br />and graded and is ready for topsoil and revegetation. <br />Please find attached a revised Change in Mining Timetable, and a <br />Statement that the Affected Lands are to be used for less than 180 days <br />per year and does not constitute temporary cessation. Total acreage of <br />affected land remains the same. <br />I am not sure that I understand your comments in paragraph 3, subsection <br />b. "concerning the plant location". At this time we do not anticipate any <br />change from that statement in the orginial permit listed on page 6. <br />I hope the enclosed information will provide the information you need. We <br />will send a revised Financial Warranty as soon as possible.
