<br />Hours of operation shall be from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M., or longer as the Planning Commission may specify.

<br />Fencing, where required, shall be standard chain link with 3 top strands of barbed wire. Fencing shall be a ninimum of 6 feet high.

<br />Topsoil shall be stockpiled on the site, Care will be taken to prevent blowing of topsoil from site. No pollution of the aquifer due to silt will be permitted.

<br />Standards -
<br />1.
<br />Rehabilitation shall'conform, where applicable, to the Weld County Zoning regulations and to the full provisions of the "Colorado Open Mining Land Reclamation Act of 1973".

<br />Preservation shall be made of existing tregs and vegetation along the river so as to preserve that area for'cover and wildlife use.

<br />It is planned to use the resultant excavation as fish ponds and as an area for ducks and other wildlife Tests to determine suitability for fish habitation will
