If surface disturbance will be 10 acres or greater
you should apply .for a Regular Permit. Both application forms are enclosed.
The staff would prefer that the vegetation and wildlife information from
permit N80-3 not be used for this permit. This information must be site
specific.
Soil Conservation Setvice and the Colorado Division of Wildlife will provide
this information free of charge and I encourage you to contact them early in
the permit process.
I will be 17appy to answer any questions you have, please do not hesitate to
contact me.
Sincerely,
I
) ) 1
Jay Lucas
Reclamation Specialist
JL:ys
Enclosure
423 Centennial Buildhu7, X373 Sherman Street Uenver.
