The plan is satisfactory with the two <br />following exceptions. <br />- Provisions should be made to review the plan annually and submit updates <br />when necessary. (See Part I.C.7. of permit.) <br />- A system of reporting spills, as required by Part I.C.2. of the permit, <br />should be incorporated into the plan. This should include telephone <br />numbers for the division, EPA, the local health department and any <br />downstream water users. Enclosed with this letter are phone numbers for <br />the division, EPA and the Delta County Sanitarian. <br />It is not necessary to resubmit the plan once these items are incorporated. <br />Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jon C.
