Please check one below an return this 'mow ~ <br />form with yow payment to DMG If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. <br />Pleas allow up to 5 business d(a~y~s~om the receipt of this signed document for yow CD or DVD to be available. <br />~CD @ $5.00 per disk ~~1"`nt _ DVD @ $20.00 per disk <br />Please check if you want a copy of the QuickView installation instructions. <br />Computer requirements to use the DMG document imaging CD (or DVD): <br />1. A program called QuickView will be espied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the <br />fast time. Future use of this or oilier imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the softwaze. <br />2. The CD or D VD that you purchase must be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that <br />will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs aze called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />does work. DMG has determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with <br />QuickView. After downloading "L-fanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse tlils <br />so8ware and the ]icensiag and registration are the user's respoasibiliry. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />Instructions• <br />I. Insert the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. You aze ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QuickView Aurorun, which runs the QuickView <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program <br />does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. <br />Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request <br />with the CD of can be viewed az www.minine.state.co.us. <br />The Permit File document images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMG office or they can be purchased on a CD or <br />DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD.
