We understand that cxcavauon has resulted in a wet pit <br />which incorporates the old pit. The differences between ++'hat was permitted ,Ind +ahat +vas <br />constructed will require a new permit from MLRD and we understand you will be seekine such a <br />new permit. <br />We Ii:IVC recently received a letter from John Singletary indicating That you +vuuld be jouting one <br />of the ground water users associations fur augmentation of your gravel pit. A Iollu+v up conversation <br />+vith Mr. Singletary has confimled that you intend to submit a well pernut application with evidence <br />of membership in a groundwater association by Nov. I G, 1994.
