RECEIVED
MAR 2 & 2Q02~~
Division of Minerals and Geology

March 22, 2002
Larry D. Ochler
1313 Sherman St. Rm 215
Denver,Colo. 80203
Deaz Larry D. Ochler,
I have received your letter of March 20,2002 with the request to address several
items needing clarification for the O'Dwyer it M-20 00-0~
Exhibit C-mining plan. I have no
way to be 100% sure that we are in the entire old azea. This area was used
long before permits were required, and there has been several floods of the
Arikaree since the area was abandoned. We are trying to use the stockpiles of
top-soil and the material as a gauge to determine that we are in the old area.
Exhibit D- Reclamation Plan.
6. Is addressed in the original permit application, the river bed will be allowed to
replenish itself with material during run off.
7. The present growth in the area is very little grass mostly catus and has been
grazed and feeder used to feed cattle. At the present time I have no mixture
recommendation from the High Plains Soil Conservation District to give an
