The quantity of material authorized for <br />removal from the Grizzly Ridge Pit is 100,000 tons and the expiration date is September 15, 2016 <br />The Grizzly Ridge pit is located within Gunnison Gorge Planning Area. The Plan requires that <br />the gravel pit remain closed between November 15 and Apri130, to protect sage grouse and big <br />game habitat. We may grant vaziances to the closure for unusual or emergency situations only <br />afrer review and concurrence with the Colorado Division of Wildlife. Please review the <br />stipulations, sign and return all copies of the permit. We will sign the permit and return a copy <br />with the Authorized Officer's signature to you.
