It appears that the report you furnisl
indicates that the underground mining that
never got closer than 600 to 700 feet. We
distance was considerably less than the
Surface Mining. Why was not the fact of
Surface Mining.
red Surface Mining
approached our house
now know that this
distance reported to
the matter related to
2. It is now undisputed, and a matter of testimony being given
under oath, that the airshaft bore-hole was improperly cased and
that the water running out the bottom of the bore-hole exceeds 20
gallons per minute. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that
a 12 to 14 foot bore-hole leaking 20 gallons a minute could
certainly damage a 4 inch bore-hole a few yards distant. How does
it happen that your agency never advised us of the faulty casing
job, and the big water leak when we were complaining about our
water level being down below the pump level in our well?
3. Our home, it appears that you want to try to place the blame
on the structural shifts and cracking anywhere but on mine-caused
subsidence. Please respond to my inquiry promptly - if you choose
not to do so, I will issue a subpoena and question you under oath.
a. Please state if you claim to have seen a leak anywhere in
the boiler or heating system piping. If so, state where you claim
to have seen such a thing as all of the pi.pi_ng is capable of being
visually inspected so evidence of a leak is observable.
