At the May 13, 1981 meeting, Kerr and OSM agreed as <br />follows: <br />1. Kerr will monitor orthophosphate as part of the <br />surface water monitoring program, as required by OSbI <br />Stipulation 1. <br />2. Kerr will comply with OSM Stipulation 14 within <br />thirty (30) days after Kerr Coal recommences mining activities <br />on Federal Coal Lease C-22777. <br />
