The Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad Company ownership was <br />accomplished under the provision of the lease which covered the silo. <br />We plan to lease the coal silo for continued use and request that the silo <br />not be subJect to any outstanding Western Slope Carbon, Inc. reclamation provisions <br />at this time. <br />Yours very truly, <br />`.7j/ I ...~~J~~ . <br />,J: M.
