Please check one below and return this form with yow payment to DAMS. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. A program called tZuickVicw will be copied to the CD and must be installed on yow computer in order to use a DAMS imaging CD the fast time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase ~ be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain 51es with the .tif extension There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on yow computer that will handle single and ~rlti-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs ate called "Windows PicNre and Fax Viewer" or'Tamt" and they do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comma witlrpra-Windows XP computers does work. DAMS has determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with f2uickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as yow default .tif viewer. DAMS does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. Thera are many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Instrucdona• 1. Lmert the CD into yow computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the complter, 4. Reinsert the CD i>rto the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NIYTE: A program called tZuickView Autorun, which rune the l2uickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autotan program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD w can be viewed at www.minin¢.smte.co.us.
