There were no noticeable cracks
or separations noted on the walls, The ceilings are covered with
one foot paper the in all the rooms, and there was no noted se-
parations noted on any of the rooms. There are some evidence of
where the ceiling meets the walls of settlement and bowing, but
no cracks or separation.
The outside walls have stucco on them and there are common crack
areas around the windows and the doors. I have noted them in the
photos and in this report.
The foundation has cinderblock off of the porch and the partial
footing under the kitchen, the rest of the house has coal stone
or sandstone layed in and tuckpointed. The center of the floor
joists have concrete cloums every eight foot or so for support
of the main center of the floor, and they as well as the outer
foundation are in good repair, with no significant cracks or
separations noted.
There is several areas as noted from the pictures where the
foundation meets the outer walls there are minor settleing cracks
to he noted.
The windows are all original and single pane. All of them open
and shut without any problems and are in good repair.
The roof line is also in good repair with no noted cracks or
separations.
This completes my evaluation, if a more detailed mention is
needed, please let me know what else is needed.
T ank~u~
v.
Richard C.
