I am a registered Professional Engineer in the State of <br />Colorado and am experienced in the design and supervision of earthen con- <br />struction. <br />The purpose of my inspection was to certify the structures as required in <br />Rule 4.05.03(1) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division (CMLRD). As <br />part of ..,y inspection, I have reviewed the permit design documents, surveyed <br />information of the site, and have inspected the structures. I have also <br />discussed the construction of the structures with the engineering staff at <br />the mine. <br />The haul roads at Hayden Gulch Mine have been constructed in conformance <br />with the design and plan map as submitted in August 1985. The construction <br />of the roads has been accomplished using prudent and proper construction <br />techniques. <br />I hereby certify the haul roads as meeting the criteria of the CMLRD as <br />P. E. No. 17570 <br /> <br />
