A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the fuel time. Futme use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchax moat be in the gd drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD wig contain files with the .uf exextension. Thera needs to bean image viewing application for .tif files on your couputer that will handle single aM multi-page documema. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picntrc and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do notwark with QuickView. The hmaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP compatere does work. DMG has determined that a program called "irfanVievr", which can be downloaded from hfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and regiebation ere rho user's ri:sponatbility. There are many other programs that work ae well, each as "Imaging Preview" and'Tmaging for Windows". InatruetlOnC 1. Imat the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert We CD into the computer, 5. You are ready ro view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program caked t2ttickView Automn, which mme the QuickViaw cemP program, has also been copied to thin CD. if the Autorun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView progmm.
