A
map enclosed and shown as Exhibit "A" is marked
accordingly.
B) The approximate volume of inert material to be
backfilled would be roughly stated at 1200-1500
CY of material annually.
C) A signed affidavit certifS'ing that the material is
clean and inert is attached and marked Exhibit "C"
D) The approximate dates that the proposed backfilling
activity will occur, mirrors the current ready-mix &
pit operations and in al] likelihood commence
immediately and end at the time all operations cease.
E) A brief explanation of how the backfilled site will
result in a post mining configuration follows. As a
result of backfilling, the only change that is
forseen for post mining land use will be an increase,
to a small extent, of seeded pasture land with a
proportionate decrease in water surface area.
F) A genera] engineering plan stating how the material
will be placed and stabilized in a manner to avoid
unacceptable settling and voids is as stated. The
majority of all backfilling will be accomplished by a
rubber-tired front end loader and that itself will
result in sufficient compaction due to the transverse
