This is a one-yeaz review of a special use permit which allows the <br />extraction and processing of natural deposits and a concrete batch plant in an A-l, Agricultural <br />(minimum 40 acres) Zone District. The permit was originally approved on December 20, 1994 <br />with three (3) conditions. The property is located 0.5 miles east of 36th Lane, on the south side <br />of Highway 96 East. <br />The Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public heazing regarding this matter on <br />December 19, 1995. Please provide any comments you may have to this office by December 8, <br />1995.
