Absent such a commitment on
Energy Fuels' part, we seem to be back to square one.
Accordingly, Dr. Corley will now turn his attention to other ways
of putting the East Pit land to use and ultimately reclaiming the
land. He indicates that he will, however, be looking to MLRD for
reclamation of the Section 24 Pit area.
I will keep you apprised as to how things are going. It is
always a pleasure speaking with you and I hope to continue to be
able to work with you on behalf of the Corley Company in the
future.
Very truly yours,
~~-
eith w.
