A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computs in order tb use a DMG imaging CD the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not roqufre a new iavtailation of the software. 2. Tho CD or DVD that you purchase gglHi be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD as DVD. 3. The CD will conmin files with the .tif extension. Thera needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files oa your computer that will handle single and multrpage documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are celled "Wndows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" roil they do not wrxk witlt QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pta-Wiadowa XP computers does work. DMG has determined that aprogram tailed "IrfeaView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with QrrickView. Alts downloading "IrJ'snView", it needs to be configured es yom default ,tif views. DMG.does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the ass's responsibility. Thee are many orbs programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Pnviavf' and "Imaging for windows". Iastraetlona• i. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to inatalL 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. ]reinsert the CD into the computs. 5. You am ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called l2tririckView Atroonm, which ems the QnickView setup program, baa also been copied to this CD. If the Arrtorun program does NOTwork, you wt~l need to matmally install the QttickView program. Instructions for maanally installing tZuickView aro aver7able upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minina.atate.co.us. The Permit Flle docnmeat images can 6e viewed In the receptlon area of the DMG office or they can be purchased oa a CD or DVD. The CDlDVD purchase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD. DMG cannot provide rnmnater related suooort.
