I have reviewed your draft
findings for a portion of Section Xv77, "Backfilling and Grading", and
forcoard several minor amendment suggestions, indicated in ink on your
original. I have also included additional draft findings to be included ,
within that section of your findings document. I have also prepared draft
findings for portions of Section XVIIZ, "Coal Processing and Non-Coal
Processing Wastes", Section XX, "Roads", and Section XXIII, "Subsidence".
Upon completion of this task, I note that the required stipulations appear
to be more numerous than.I had originally anticipated. Perhaps we should
discuss the current status of this particular application.
/mt
cc: Fred Banta
Dave Shelton
A
r
