Cattany <br /> Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Notice of Formal Public Hearing; Appeal of~The Division of Reclamati t~,llGlining~nd Safety <br />Determination of Designated Mining Operation (DMO) Status for M-1977-306, JD-9 Mine, M-1977- <br />310, JD-6 Mine and M-1984-014, JD-8 Mine. <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board has received a Notice of Appeal of the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety March 9, 2006 determination that tl3e above referenced mines meet the <br />criteria of a Designated Mining Operation per CRS 34-32-112.5 and Rule 7.2. <br />Per a Stipulated Motion issued by the Mined Land Reclamation Board on June 13th, 2007 the matter has <br />been scheduled for a Formal Public Hearing before the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board.
